Welcome to Fort Jones Community Church. We’ve put together some information here that anticipates and tries to briefly answer some of the questions you may have prior to visiting our church for the first time:

Parking and Building

We have parking near the church and no designated spots.

We do not have designated greeters but it is hard to get into the church without someone saying hi and welcoming you.  Anyone can help you find where you need to go.

Atmosphere

It's important to us that you feel welcome when visiting. We hope our atmosphere will help you feel relaxed and comfortable.  Feel free to dress casually.  The music and worship are built around Biblical themes that are timeless.  Feel free to sit back and observe or participate.  We are glad to have you join us in worship! You will be greeted and welcomed.

Family Friendly

No matter your family dynamics, you're welcome at Fort Jones Community Church and we're excited for you to consider being a part of our church family! Our intent is to serve the whole family. During our worship service we have care available for infants and young children. Your elementary age children will receive real spiritual training from a group of caring leaders during the sermon time.  You can either keep your children with you or let them participate in these options.

Biblical Teaching

From the pulpit you will hear sound expository preaching. The focus of each sermon is built around the point of the Biblical text being addressed and the application of it in our lives.  There are additional opportunities through small groups and various ministries to both grow in spiritual maturity and serve those around us.  Feel free to check out those other opportunities on our website.
